As the poster above states, there are multiple numbers but these are all calls from T-Mobile's collection agency. They will NOT leave a message but if you answer, you get a brief warning of what's to follow which gives you the opportunity to just hang up before you actually talk to anyone. If you answer, first you may hear a beep (sometimes) and then you'll hear a recording of a female voice telling you to, "Please hold for a..." If I screwed up and answered because I didn't recognize the number (and I do get other, legitimate calls from area code 312) I always hang up the second I hear that recorded voice start talking but if you DO hold, (which I learned the first time they called me) you'll be connected to a live bill collector. If you hang up IMMEDIATELY when you hear the recording and then block the number, VOILA ! Problem solved!
