Multiple calls offering "duct work" despite my repeated requests to refrain from calling my number. Last time (a few minutes ago), I slammed phone down. Caller called right back, said "F**k you" and hung up. I dialed the number but got recording saying I'm unauthorized to complete the call. So I guess I'm blocked from them but they can harass me??? Where's the justice? What can be done?
There is the chance that you could end up calling an innocent third party. Many of these operations have been known to use caller id spoofing. In the past they displayed out of service numbers. But that is not always the case.
Called the house at 9:30 at night no one said anything then recording said good bye! Must have forgotten to turn of robo call system before she got up off her couch and went to bed!
