They called my work cell phone number, no message left , called back but nobody ever came on, told me to leave a message, they never did identify themselves or their company. Since this is a company cell phone number and i was given this phone by my company i have no idea why they are calling
Definitely a scam to steal your personal information!
Same experience as Haila. They called to say I didn't answer some question on a survey and they'd be sending a $100 gift card. I was pretty sure it was a scam but kept talking to see how they'd scam me. After answering the first question the woman thanked me and transferred me to somebody else who would "help me get my gift". They asked if I wanted to answer more questions for a bigger gift or something or just get the gift. Then they asked for my name and I said I didn't want to answer more questions and they hung up. They refused to say who they were or what survey this was in relation to.
Somebody make them stop!!! I can't believe there are enough people that fall for the BS that makes it cost effective for them to stay in business. Of course, I have no idea what some of these businesses do or how their scams could possibly work.... Just so tired of leaches.
