This company is called AmeriTech Illinois, although the caller ID stated Symphony Center.  Send them a few thousand emails.  They are apparently part of AT&T.  Do not press any buttons, unless they PAY me I do nothing for them.  Hangup and add them to your blacklist.  Give them a bit of dead air for a change.
