called at 5AM...rang a few times, no messsage. WTF. so rude

Phone rang briefly and then the caller disconnected before I could answer.  I do not recognize the number.

Called this number back after not answering and was immediately thrown into an automated message for United Stated Dental Benifit Department.  Weird.....

Got a call from this phone number but no message.  I returned the call and I got a message "Thank you for calling the public option department, all of our case manager are assisting other customer". I immediately hung up.
