Caller id says Victory Records. I picked up and said Hello. Heavily accented male voice said "Speak Spanish?" I said no and he hung up.

Answered but no one replied and then the phone disconnected.

Heavily accented female voice said "Speak Spanish?" I said no and she hung up.

When I answered I could hear a female voice carrying on a conversation with someone else about the tendons in her hand. I said hello several times, but it seemed she couldn't hear me. Then she hung up.
