Who called from 3123005990

Anyone know who this is?  Also calls from 312-300-5942.  Calls daily but I blocked them both.  Thinking it's an electrical/energy scam.  There's been an increase in calls in the area for scam pretending to be ComEd.

312-300-5942     Called me on a Friday and then the following Monday. They left no message the first time and I answered the second time but no one was there. I have now blocked them

Recorded voice called today asking for my ex, I've been divorced 10 years.

I have now blocked both 312-300-5990 and -5942 which appear to be from the same company.

I get a VOIP call daily I don't have a phone hooked up to this number But why do they keep calling
