Have received two phone calls in last 24 hrs from this number but no message is ever left.

Another call with no message left - this is the 5th call in 2 days from various #'s - 2 from IL

This number has called me twice and left no message. I called it back and the automated message said it belongs to ERC Reseach-they do "consumer surveys". Don't answer it.

Same story as above. Two calls from Chicago numbers. Ignored both.

Customer Service research firm in Chicago. In my case Caller idea was for NYSEG. I called NYSEG and was assured this is a legitimate customer service firm, not a scam.
