call and hang up

received call from here, says FLORIDA on the caller ID. No msg on ans svc.

Idiots called me today and said my account is OK. Of course it's ok dip$hit. I have NO account!!!

Called today with a recorded message about lowering my interest rates. Said I was pre-approved. No idea who they were and I was unable to opt out.

I am so sick of getting these "no problem with your card" calls.  How do you stop them and who can I report them to?  I have requested they remove my number numerous times to no avail
