Who called from 3123158108

I got a call from these number saying that there was a car accident and a family member gave them my number to call, and requested money, I called these number and the man that answer called me all kinds of names

This clown called my family and I to do the same. Ive reported this to the police and advise others to do the same!  This is a sick joke as the guy said he would kill my family members.
