Who called from 3123210464

Dont know who this is.  I received a call from this number and when I called it back 5 mins later , its been disconnected.  Does not make sense.

The call from this number was a recording from the Chicago Sun Times confirming a complaint filed on a paper delivery.

i just got a call from this number also and called it thru my land line while still ringing on my cell and it was disconnected.

This number is from the Sun Times.  Do you know someone that works there?  I got a voicemail from my old photojournalism professor from this number.  He was probably calling from the office.  Not sure if I can call this number back, I will try later.
