BEWARE!Phone # comes back to a Nempha I Youn.I tried to call the number back but u never get connected to a person,but the number just keeps calling.Its a Chicago ILL. address.Im n North Carolina.

This is some publisher clearing house scam to sell something by saying I'm qualified to win a million dollars.  I guess the mail is too expensive and they just call now.

I know its a landline if that helps anyone..
