Said it was from chase bank

Said they were Chase bank and asked lot of questions

This was a legitimate followup call after an application was submitted online. They were asking if I understood the information I received in response.

Says it was Chase Bank.  But they ask tons of questions that they should not be asking as it does not pertain to banking

This was chase bank asking a follow up question to my car refinance inquiry
