I got a call from this number & I live in the UK, I answered cause I thought it might be my sister who is visiting a friend in the US, however the guy did know my name but when I asked where he got my details it went silent
Got a call from this number and answered it as I have family in the US but I am in the UK. It was a woman with an Indian accent who said I had contacted them (I hadn't) about a car accident I had. When I said no she asked had maybe a family member rang them? It really freaked me out but it appears from the other comments that they have got a list of UK numbers and are going through them! Don't answer if you see this number.
Just received a call from this number regarding an accident i've had. i have recently had an accident so i continued to listen and the indian sounding woman on the phone had all my details. She explained that it was a verification call and didn't need any personal details. She asked for my reg number which concerned me as she should have that if she has details of the accident. I hung up and blocked the number. I asked her why the number said she was in the US and she said something about it being a secured number and alot of people have been saying that. very dodgy.
