I answered 312-340-0493 today. The guy said, "Your insurance company has approved you to receive pain cream I asked him, "What is the name of my insurance company?" He said, "I don't know, we don't get that information, we just know they approved you to get the cream for your pain. I use the VA HOSPITALS , as I am a veteran. It's definitely a SCAM!!!!!
