Who called from 3123400857

Accidently hit call back on my way to blocking them and got an automated message saying that they were not taking any calls right now!

Just called, didn't answer, no VM. This is the second time it's called me.

This call is from the Chicago scammers. I have blocked all Chicago area codes to keep the Chicago scammer scum off my phone.

Thank god for the internet and the ability to look up information about numbers (and for the folks that took the time to enter information here).  Call blocked forever.  Winning!

Missed call on my cell yesterday morning (Wed 1/13/2016).  Caller ID said Chicago IL.  I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.  Same thing from 312-340-0867 2 minutes later.
