Who called from 3123405554

Call about changing electric utility provider, but they never identify themselves.  It is a SCAM.

For several years on the do not call list, however receiving this call about noon almost everyday that indicating client service. It is very annoying.

Just saw this article from the December 7th Rockford Register. The IL attorney general's office is warning people about these guys:
