This is an energy scam. They've been doing this for years. Using a range of numbers that they switch up. My new phone allows me to block ranges of numbers, which is helpful.
Caller ID showed CUSTOMER CARE. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed" I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELATIONS, a bogus phone number or my phone number! No message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect..
Received this call at about 10am. Caller ID showed Customer Care. Call said something to the affect of "your ComEd bill is eligible for a reduced rate, select 1 to talk to someone."
