Who called from 3123412438

I keep receiving calls on my personal cell every month since August 2015.  No VM left and I never answer.

Also been receiving these calls. Not sure what this is about.

Roosevelt University Alumni Association begging for donations to "help underprivileged" students (or pay the University's President's outrageous salary)..

Unwanted calls to a cell phone, never leaves a message

They call me after 9:30 p.m. every night and early morning on weekends. I have called back and left voicemail to please remove me from their database but they keep calling.
