I Live in Missouri and get different phone calls from Chicago alot.

calls several times a day... leaves no message... hangs up when I answer... P.I.A.

It's a debt collection agency in Chicago, IL called Harris & Harris. It takes a few seconds for anything to be said in their voicemails that they leave, but they do in fact leave one (or, at least they have for me).

first a got a restricted call   no voice mail  then 312 348 1526 called and did not leave a message   what a P.O.S.!

calls my fax line. no fax.
