get calls from them very often--if it is from someone trying to collect a tollroad debt then they should have my license plate # and also then my home addy-so i ask why haven't i recieved something in the mail about it- like proof of an unpaid ticket?

It IS a scam. Chicago's toll road commission is a criminal syndicate looking for welfare funds for it's over population of dead beat minority whiners. Think about it.....you can't go through a toll booth till ther crossing arm goes up. It's a scam that Chicago directs against people from out of state and it's a many decades old scam. Chicago elected a wannabee gangster for Mayor. A man who has threatened the lives of many opponents. He is severely mentally disturbed.
