The call is a recoreded message saying that my credit card accounts are fine, but that this is my last chance to call to get my interest rates lowered. I press 1 to talk to someone, I begin telling them that I don't ever want them to call me again and they hang up. I have litterally received hundreds of these calls over the last year.

This call was legitimate. It was NOT spam or unsolicited. It was the company that handles the purchase protection and extended warranty coverage offered by the Fidelity American Express card. I had filed a claim with them and they were updating me on my status.
It's unfortunate for them that the name on the caller id says "The Warranty Gr", as when I saw that I thought it was one of the spam car warranty calls, so I didn't answer. Luckily they left a voicemail.
Just received call from this number. ID showed "The Warranty Gr". Agree with previous poster, an 'unfortunate' caller ID name. My husband picked call up, since we were expecting a call from CitiBank. It was indeed a legit call back from CitiBank about a specific Master Card benefit, in answer to my inquiry.
NOTE: Ordinarily we do not pickup calls if we do not recognize ID.
