This number comes out of Nigeria and will try to scam you. I am trying to sell a dress online and the user "Victor Smith" stated they would like to buy it. I sent them a payment request through paypal and they attempted to send false payment verification e-mails. They were obviously fake but be careful. Do not trust this number or the following e-mail addresses
