answered unsolicited call. could hear someone on the other end, but no one spoke up

It's a DePaul University number, but same as "me," no one spoke up.

Caller ID said DePaul so I did not pick up.  On my answering machine, I could hear talking in the background but no real message.  Someone should file a complaint with DePaul.

Ive unintentionally missed 3 calls from this number since may, no message left.. Im a depaul grad.

I answered the same time my machine did & they hung up. This was 1/4 to 9p. No one spoke.
