Chicago - DePaul University Number
I am sure it is during their time that they are campaigning for donations... Usually these calls are student callers. DePaul should be leaving voice mails about the purpose of their calls especially if it is donation time =)!
Caller ID said DePaul so I did not pick up. On my answering machine, I could hear talking in the background but no real message. Someone should file a complaint with DePaul.
