I received similar call twice this morning, no message. I am a Depaul student so I assume thats how they had my number, but no idea what it was in regard to.
Yea, this is probably depaul's emergency number. there was a gas leak in the main campus. so if your number is connected to the emergency alert system, they will call you. I think.
