Is this another scam

After posting a free item on Craigslist, I got this text.  
It's a scam and a waste of a text on my limited texting plan.

Don't be silly of course it is a scam.

You've won a $1,000 Wal-mart gift card.  

Hmmm...suuuuure.

I got one today from this number.  312-363-8149. Screw this mother******s!!!

It reads:
Congratulations you have just won a $1000 Best Buy gift card click
here to claim it. http://bit.ly/wTwdfG

.. Reversed *67, called & phone hangs up with "busy" signal. Beware. It's a scam!
