Well, from the calls I have been receiving from this telephone number, it is from a survey company/group that is looking for potential candidates for colleges/universities. It seems that whenever one looks for a job with Wal-Mart, and says "No Thanks" to an advertisement that tells of a college/university's academic program(s) giving future students the upper hand in today's job market on the bottom of Wal-Mart's website, Indeed.com, or JobSearch.com, it is still able to access your cellular/landline phone number.
Even if you ignore the call, they will continue to call you until you answer (If you say "No", and the caller tells you "Thank you for your time. Have a good day", don't let your guard down. They will still call you). This has happened to me in the past whenever I searched for jobs online and at job fairs. Hope this information was helpful. Have a good evening.
