Same thing here. Called them back and wouldn't give address to send IRS check.. Scam. Asked them to take me off their list and they offered bodily harm instead to my family. :) 312-380-0163
After receiving calls from the voicemail numerous times, I finally called the telephone number. The woman identified herseld as Mary Johnson and gave me "Badge #" 1005461. I told her that I did not believe she was with the IRS, because their website states that they would never contact people via telephone and that I was pretty certain that this was a scam. After stuttering and stammering for a moment, she hung up on me.
8/20/2105: Came home from work, had a message from this phone number stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us and that we needed to contact them. They left several return call numbers. The message was fairly garbled, I had to listen to it several times to get the information. I still can't make out the name of the person who called. I am disregarding and will wait for the IRS's "lawsuit" info to come in the mail. I really hope people don't fall for this kind of scam. And, as it seems that numerous entities are aware of this company and/or phone numbers I would also hope that somebody with some law enforcement authority takes a big bite our of their [***]...
