I received a call from a man stating he is from Arnold Scott Harris Law Firm, trying to settle a Illinois tollway fine totaling over $1000.00.  I paid a bill 2 years ago for a tollway fine, yes, and never heard anymore about it until now.  The caller states that the Illinois Tollway will not dispute this with me, I have to handle the payment thru their firm.  I find it hard to belive that the Illinois tollway never sent me any more bills, but now they have this collection agency come after us.  Anyone else experience this?
