Who called from 3123806689

Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

The name on the I D is, US ARM FOR ASSN. .  They started calling me last week and sometimes it is twice a day.  Since they don't leave a message, I am suspicious.

Hmmmmmm.......must be a newer scam. I blocked them from calling. Thev've called x2 so far today.

Called me three times. Did not answer and no message. Must be new scam? The US Should do  something about the scam.

They called me today. My caller id said US Army Force Assn. They gave me this speech about helping veterans and asked me how much I would donate. I thought they were real and said $30. They asked me for my credit card number and I said no send me a pledge card. Then they said it costs too much to do that and still wanted my credit card. I hung up on them. I don't give my credit card over the phone since I didn't call them. If they can't send me a pledge card they must be a scam.
