Who called from 3123809941

I am getting a call from this number about every 5 - 10 minutes. When I answer, I just get music and then it hangs up. I returned the call to see who answers and I get a "this number is not in service" message.

Got a call and it is just music playing.  Lasts about 30 seconds.  Seems to be happening weekly for me.

I just got a call from Sophie and she said that she was from SGt and that she was doing a survey on how companies market their business

Got a call at work but there was no answer.
