I have received a call from this number on Thursday July 30, 2015 at 12:03pm Central Time and Friday July 31, 2015 at 11:00am Central time.  The person identified himself as a student program Representative.  And told me that I qualify for a student grant completely free.  The person bullying me related to my accent and asked me about my ethnicity and my citizenship.  After I told them that my cellular phone   belong to HOME LAND SECURITY,  the person hang up.  Please be alert about this person, or calls related to student grants.  I called this number, 312-382-0735 today 7-31-2015 and an answering machine responded it was disconnected.  Suspicious, suspicious.....be aware of this incident.  RMV
