I got a call and whomever it was started some Indian chant thinking they didn't have a call. it's an indian phone room, and they try to grift you from everything to pay day loans to car insurance to school money, you name it.

Got a call from this number just now.  Caller ID showed Chapman Cutler.  We wish they would stop calling.

I don't pick up the calls and they do not leave a message, but they have called quite often. My call display on my phone says it is from Cutler Champman
