The caller sounds like a black or an African American woman. She say something about her being a Heather Bradley (not sure about the spelling or the name) calling from "The Awards Claim Center". It sounds like there are people talking with ambient sounds in the back ground. The 800 number is 558-0796. She also states ,"contact me within 24 hours" and "Congratulations". There may be more then 1 of them doing this.
