Received a call from this unkown phone number to me, no message was left

Received a missed call with no message.

I suspect it's Carnival Cruise lines attempting to recruit passengers for yet another sub-par vacation with terrible food.

Didn't answer.   Message was the end of a recording saying... "Press 1 to speak to a live agent.  Press 2 to be removed from this list.  Your Claim Number is XXXXX"   Assumed to be a scam.

This number  312-403-4129 just called my cell. I answered but nobody said anything. Another site said this number  was from Carnival Cruise Line.

My number is on a DO NOT CALL!   STOP CALLING ME
