Answered, it was supposedly illinois police association, IPA, looking for donations, asked how they came up with my number, they wouldn't answer, told them it us illegal to solicit to cell phones, they put me on their DNC. It also sounded like a robot, couldn't answer questions that were out of the script, had to ask specifically for a supervisor to talk to someone.
