Received a call at 10:40pm EST. The woman who called claimed to be taking a survey triggered by our canceling of our Comcast cable account. She was extremely rude and begged that I answer her questions as I was the last person on her list.
2:28 pm CST.... just called me, I answered and heard voices in the background but no one ever said anything to me.... called it back and got the same message that Randy got "Please enter your authorization code now".... after about 3 seconds, I got the "sound" when you've called a number that's no longer in service and got a message saying "if you'd like to make a call, please hang up and try again or contact the business office for assistance, message 3"
Call @5pm on 6/1/08 asking to talk to Richard. Told them they must have wrong number. They asked again and gave last name. Again told them it was the wrong number. They said "Sorry" and hung up. (It was my name but no one calls me that so I knew it was not anyone I wanted to converse with)
