Called my home in CA and introduced herself as a rep from the State of IL. She claimed that I had toll violations in 2001 and the accumulated amount due is in excess of $600. To give me incentive to pay immediately, she mentioned that there is a special deal for short time which will reduce the amount due to $2xx. During the period time she mentioned, I was already moved to CA and suspected that the hall thing is phony.
Shows up as City Year on caller I.D They repeatedly call and will not answer unless a female answers our phone. Very, very rude and very unprofessional. Will not answer their number when I call back to complain.
