I haven't lived in Chicago for 15 years. Parking was impossible there so naturally tickets abound. Chicago is not a humane place to live. It's over priced and crooked - as noted by other posters.
These people call constantly for a couple of weeks then they take a hike for 3 months and then their back again. Beware of the so-called "debt collector" when its not a live person. They even call my friend who has never driven in her 70+ years! Obviously, many are taking their bait and for that reason they keep "phishing."
