Called here - pleasant enough person but definitely a cold-call.  From DTZ in Chicago, a property management services organization.  Looks like their website is dtz-ugl.com  The caller wanted to know about the lease my company had at our former location, so they're just fishing to see if they can assist organizations in finding new office space.  We get many calls like this, but at least the caller was personable.  Regardless, I blocked them from future calls.
