This number belongs to a publishing company who calls and says they publish company profiles for free. After writing the profile, they ask for a list of your vendors or "partners" that they then solicit for advertising. If they don't get advertising from them, they pressure you into advertising to get you profile to run. This is not free advertising. They are publications created just to get money. All of the content is "paid" so to speak. Not worth it.
The girl who called me is named Toni Howard and she is not very nice when you call her on the carpet for this. When I asked her to take us off her list, she defiantly said there was no list and to be assured that she wouldn't call again. Four months later, she left us another message as if she had never called here before. They usually go for an owner or president when they call. Good luck. KC
