Got a call on my mobile. No message left. Called back (blocking caller id) and recording said the survey has ended. Blocking this number.

Unwelcome call on my unlisted land line @9:15 a.m. on 4/13/2017.  I hate running to see who is calling. This is very annoying. I will block it, but really I can only block 250 calls and I keep getting 5-10 calls a day.This is crazy. Sometimes I delete a number from months ago only to have to re-block it. Some of them are the similar exchanges. Thank you for this site that helps us identify these spam callers.

Called my cell, no message left.    Probably phishing to see who will call them back.

This is a scam trying to get you to say "yes," which they then use as your authorization for something.  This was offering a resort package; the lady said "I'll transfer you, but I just need to ask you a few questions, OKAY?"  They want you to say "yes."  I loudly said "NO," and the lady said "thank you" and hung up.  They want you to say "yes."  Beware.  Don't ever say "yes."
