FRAUDSTERS! Guy calling didn't ID company at first, just demanded (and repeating) to speak with "Name." When pressed for who he was & why the call, guy only said he was with "International Payment Services" and that our business "had popped up in their system as not being PCI compliant since our POS machines don't accept chip cards." Typically bluff -- we don't use POS machines, and there isn't some open-source database of merchants who do. This is just the latest version of the 'credit card processor' fraud, using the threat of the new technology to steal you & your customers' financial information at worst, or rip you off by charging exorbitant processing fees at best. And of course, reverse lookup on the phone number & company name have no legitimate hits. Caveat venditor!
