Do you have a little more information to give? 'Twould be helpful. :)

They are using name of Cash Advance.And asking for money upfront for a loan and after you give them money they take the  money and ask for more!!!

And yes, Deborah is correct: anyone asking for money BEFORE they give you a loan is a SCAM. It is ILLEGAL.

It is a scam.  Report them to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois.  You can send an email or call the AG.  The information is on their website.
