If I am not mistaken the law requires the telemarkerter to have a phone number that will be answered. I have been on loop with these a holes for over two hours with no answer.
I hope they have insurance.......

Got a call from that number. They left a message on my answering machine calling me a b****. They called again and my husband picked up the phone only to find he was talking to someone different than who left the revolting phone message. They asked for me. He told them I was at work. They said they'd call back. The entire thing had me totally freaked out for awhile. I don't know anybody from Chicago.
Recieved a call this morning from a person who badly mispronunced my last name, When I asked him who he was he said " this is a courtesy call from Discovercard, mumbled something and hung up!
These are SCUM calling for Discover to try and sell you that stupid insurance that you DO NOT NEED, that will pay your MINIMUM payment should you get ill. This is total BS. It is another source of income for the CC companies. They DO NOT PAY and make it impossible for you to give them all of the info they require for you to prove you are ill.
