I keep missing these calls and I don't even have an Audi. They have my # by accident - I remember the Audi service shop trying to reach someone else at my # a couple of weeks ago. I guess the shop forgot to correct the phone number in their database. Oops. Can't wait until they finally get through. I"m going to make up all sorts of service problems to complain about!!!
I always get calls from this number after getting service from my local Audi dealership. If you dont answer, they wont leave a message, and will keep calling back once a day until you answer. I've gone a month and a half without answering, and recived a call every single day.
Like others, I have received this call every night for more than three weeks concerning my recent Audi service experience. Audi subcontracts its customer surveys. I don't have any problem with Audi of America soliciting feedback from its customers, but they need to know how annoying their subcontractor is being to Audi's customers. If you want to be effective in ending these calls, call Audi of America's Customer CARE Advocates at 1-800-822-2834 (AUDI), Mon-Fri, 8 am to 8 pm, Eastern Time and give them your experience.
It is the Audi dealership checking up on recent visits. My family and I have several Audis and we have never had a problem with a dealership. We like the fact that they call and ask if you were satisfied.
