Mark called me from 312-462-1019 saying that a warrant was being issued for my arrest if I did not give up $500.00 for an alledged bill that he said I owed. He states that he is calling from Liberty Law Firm. Mark is actually calling from a place called MAXIMUM RECOVERY SOLUTIONS. He has a person who called herself Chasty Morgan taking payment information. They both claim they are recording you. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. However, my contacts and me were better. He was confronted by phone and hung up on me when I told him where he was really calling from.
• Caller states their name is Mark Prichard with the arbitration department. Mark claims he is investigating my mother and father for felony fraud. Mark also claims he is working with the local police department to issue warrants for my parents arrest. I asked why he hasn't issued the arrest yet and why a summons hasn't been filed through the court system. Mark became irate and stated that because I called back and was being rude to him, he was going to make sure my parents get arrested today (8/26/14) then disconnected the call. the name of the company this Mark works for was not given.

Received a threatening call from a pfishing scam, a Mark Pritchard trying to claim money must be paid because my sister had criminal charges. Claimed to be Liberty Law Group
Got a call from Investigator Fletcher. 312-462-1030. Says I secured funds in my account in 2010 and never paid back. It's January 2015 and they are now issuing warrant for my arrest. Claims I have been ignoring mail they sent me. I have no such debt and have never received a loan from Advance America. Told them they were scam not to call me. Hung up they called back and I said "how about I have my attorney and the police call you". No response.
