I will stop all calls from this number by reporting them to FCC. I will not tolerate this type of behavior. Someone should start a litigation with this company.
I received call from 312-470-6206 to my cell phone. They are looking for someone((my husband's name)and telling me they have his paper work and SS# they want me to verify last 4digit. when I ask what is this phone call regarding to this person(women) got rude and start yelling at me saying "You refuse to provide info. and not passing message to him so we will report you as refusing and once again tell him to call back at 1-888-847-1910" When I ask for supervisor she hang up on me.
So I call back to number she gave me 1-888-847-1910 guess what same women but give me other name and start yelling at me and tell and she will not talk to me and hang up. This is very stupid and scam. Not everyone is stupid like them!!!
I just received a call from what must be the same woman. This woman called me asking me to pay off an account that was paid off nearly twenty (20) years ago. After asking for additional information about the supposed debt and her company information, she became enraged and started yelling. She went on to scream how she would forward the "debt" for a 1099 (tax form) assignment or garnish my wages. At no time did she provide the information I requested and continued to scream. I terminated the call and did a little research on my own. I found that the company she represents is DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS. Her intimidation tactics were horrible. Being a former collector myself, I know she doesn't get very many bonuses with her tactics. For anyone receiving a call from this or any other collection agency: 1) The caller must provide you with the name of the creditor, 2) must provide you an account/file number, 3) must make you aware of settlement options. Thankfully, when I called to report her behavior and get pertinent information concerning the "debt" I was able to speak with a HUMAN. This person gave me all the above information and I found that the "debt" had been cleared years ago.

The best way to deal with such morons is to report them to the police and FCC, and tell the caller to go to hell and hang up. They are harassing people and they should be punished.
How do i stop these people from calling my cell phone which has limted time on it because i am a disabled person? Today someone called LETICIA kept saying I knew who she was, this is an outrage
