These people have created a new low in human exisitance. I have been harassed by this company claiming to have papers that need to be served and that I need to call a 1-800 number to get further details. The first time this happened was in Oct 2014 I called the 800#. I went to a company called PAS Legal services. The harassment was so bad that I was getting calls every day, multiple times a day. I have filled complaints with the Attorney Generals office and have also written to Magic Jack and reported the phone numbers. All numbers I have been called from are magic jack numbers. I advise you to do the same. There is a complaint form on the magic jack website. Everyone getting these calls needs to report these numbers!
I just did. I answered and apparently there are some "legal documents" that need to be signed. I told him to F off and loose my number and that I won't fall for a scam. His name is Henry Lou?
This is a scam they called me twice within an hour, first time I did not answer, no message left..
2nd time he told me I was being given a courtesy call, because I had some kind of legal documents, and that I would have to call another number to find out what they were.. I told him I knew it was a scam and to go ahead and sue me.
