I got a call from this number saying there is a law suit against my name and social security number over a payday loan. i did get a loan 3 years ago and paid it back. my mom and dad said its probably a scam i mean who sues u for 200 dollars? very strange.
I got a call from this number saying they have my social security information and that I owe a payday loan company $300. They did not release a company name, other than Department of Criminal Justice, which is very vauge. The first call that I got was a lady saying her supervisor was going to call. Seconds later, her "supervisor" called from the same number. I hung up and did not release any information to them. It sounds very fishy.

got a message from this number saying that if i didn't call back i would be in serious trouble - i called the number and told them to expect a call from my attorney and also the state's attorney from my state and they hung up very quickly
Got a call from this number they have a law suit for loan that I have not even applied for. She I told her I had my bank statement to prove I did not receive a loan but when I asked her for a copy of the law suit she she got very nasty with me and told me I had to send her my bank statement first. Of course I did not do give her that. But of course this is all a scam.. I could not even understand the lady because she had such heavy accent.
